1. Where are the products made and by whom?

I make all of the products listed, in my home in upstate New York.

2. Do you offer alterations on clothing already purchased elsewhere?

Yes! If you live in Putnam county or Westchester county in NY, most likely I can help you with your alteration needs.

3. Do you ship items outside of the US?

No, unfortunately at this time I'm confining shipping of all goods to within the US.

4. How long does it take for my order to be produced and shipped?

Most custom items will be ready to ship within 2 weeks after all decisions are made regarding fabric, trim, measurements, etc. Already made items are ready to ship within a day after receiving an order.
